Our sessions really helped me in dealing with what happened to me…which was severely holding me back on a day to day basis. More than that, the sessions built my confidence and helped me realize that I should stop putting myself out for people who don’t appreciate it and start investing my time into something I really care about… I just wanted you to know how much I appreciated your time. Since our sessions I have stopped self- diagnosing myself and no longer cry on a daily basis…I think it’s pretty obvious how much our meetings turned my life around (not to sound too dramatic) and I just wanted you to know how much of an amazing job you did. You are a fantastic psychologist and anyone who has the pleasure to meet you is extremely lucky. Thank you so much.
It’s been really helpful to have someone to talk through issues with that maybe wouldn’t be easy to explain to friends and family and to be helped to understand some of the reasons behind them. I only wish I’d done this sooner!

I felt that I was always entering a safe space, where I could talk selfishly and more honestly that I normally would. It has been a difficult process but I feel so much happier and more confident in myself now.
It was useful to explore different techniques to deal with my anxiety and I was able to establish which techniques were right for me. Therapy has helped to change my thinking patterns and deal with problems that were occurring daily.
I have learnt a lot about myself and have been reminded of things I already knew but had forgotten to apply. Feel a lot better, still have problems but deal with these better.
Out of all 12 weeks, definitely felt myself progress. Could see and feel myself getting more positive
