About me
I'm Dr Sonia Sangalli, a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, trained and based in London with over 19 years of experience. I work with couples to help them slow things down, understand what's happening between them, and find a way forward that feels workable for both people.
How I Work
In our sessions, I help you slow things down so both of you can be heard properly.
We take time to understand what's happening between you — not just the surface arguments, but the patterns underneath that keep you feeling stuck.
From there, we work towards reducing conflict, improving communication, and finding a way forward that feels manageable and fair for both of you.
The focus isn't on who is right or wrong, but on helping you understand each other more clearly and move forward in a way that works.
