Dr. Sonia Sangalli is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist trained and based in London, UK with over 19 years' clinical experience including delivering workshops for corporate organisations.

My approach is thoughtful, practical, and focused. We won't just talk in circles—we'll work to understand what's going on beneath the surface and identify what needs to change.
